Like every year, the preperations for the next Finkstonball start with the new year. We will send out the invitations in January to our frequenters and then to all interested teams. The date of Finkstonball XIII will be 21st to 24th of May 2010 and as we can say now, the quality of the tournament will be better than ever before. Lots of top-teams all over Europe already showed their interest to participate. BAD HOMBURG HORNETS from Germany won the twelfth edition of the international baseball tournament Finkstonball in Attnang-Puchheim. Twelve teams form nine different nations competed over three days against each other. The HORNETS beat the Croation Team Vindija Varazdin 6-5 in the finals. MOSQUITO ATHLETICS secured third place with a victory against HLUBOKA CARDINALS in the bronze medal game. Rok Vadas from the KRANSKI LISJAKI won the homerun derby with two homeruns in ten tries.
